Our domestic product range spans
Formulations across variour therapeutic segments:
Antimalarials, Antiemetics, Antibiotics, Analgesics,
Antiarthritics, Antidiabetics, Cardiac Care,
Cough & Cold Therapy, Dermatology, and
Neuropsychiatry segments. Nitn markets over
300 formulations in virtually every dosage
form: tablets, capsules, oral liquids, dry
powders for suspension, and injectables (liquid
and dry).
Our finished formulations are available in
over 40,000 retail shops, catered to by a
network of over 300 distributors, 500 wholesalers,
150 marketing associates and marketing personnel
service over 100,000 doctors across the country.

Marketing
The speciality-focussed domestic marketing strategy
has given birth two self-administered marketing
divisions.
Results are encouraging; in 2007, our domestic
formulations business has grown at the rate
of 70% against an industry growth of 14% during
the same period (ORG-IMS). Brands like Necob
Plus, Nefzon, Neopenam, Zitro, Nibisol, Nitzole
have become popular in their respective therapeutic
segments.

PHARMA
DIVISION
The oldest of Nitin’s divisions, handling
the largest number of brands, this division manages
our newer Cephalosporins, Antibacterials, Antimalarials,
Non Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs) and
Cough preparations. Some of the other leading brands
managed by this division are: Nitzole, Nitzole-D,
Necob, Necob Plus, Nitaxim, Nefzon, Nitizest, N-Zol,
Nicin, Neodec, Nandro, Nitipime, Nether, Niclospas.
The pharma division handles 125 products.

NEWSURGE
Nitin’s second division, NEWSURGE marketing focus
is on established Anti-Infectives, Antidiabetics, Antihipertensive,
and mature brands of Nitin in the Antimalarial, Antiemetic
& Antiinfective segment. This division has 61 products.
Few of the leading brands are Nulofen, Nutaspas, Lifon,
Xemel, Lewin, Lifon-T. |

EXPORTS
Nitin’s products are currently being exported
and marketed in 11 countries. The company’s Karnal
plant has been approved by NAFDAC Nigeria. The company
is also supplying products to various large not for
profit organizations supplying medicines for relief
& calamity measures worldwide. |
